Tomato Juice1. Tomato Juice

Take about 4 to 5 raw tomatoes mix pour about 3 to 4 glass of water. Do not peel the skin.
Blend the mixture in a mixer to make it thick paste.
Add a pinch of salt if needed.
Drink it before or after food or as evening juice.

2. Aam Panna

Raw Mango JuiceTake 4 raw green mangoes, wash it peel and grate raw mangoes.
Mix the grated mangoes with small quantity of sugar or jaggery and water and boil till the mangoes gets soft.
After boiling blend the mixture in a mixer to make it smooth paste.
Put the blended mix to boil for about 15-20 minutes, while boils add 1 tsp of coarsely ground black rock salt, 1 tsp freshly ground pepper (kali mirch), 2 tsp cumin (jeera) seeds, roasted and ground coarsely.
After boiling allow it cool, add Chilled water if needed, add crushed ice and sprigs of mint (pudina) to garnish.
Drink it cool.

Basil Tea - Tulsi3. Basil Tea

Take about 10-15 basil leaves, small piece of ginger, 2-3 cloves piece, half tsp of black pepper.
Crush all these ingredients coarsely.
Get a cup of water and add the crushed items and keep water for boiling for about 5 minutes.
Add milk and sugar to taste, Sieve this mixture.
Drink it hot.

Carrot Juice4. Carrot Juice

Take about 3-4 carrot, wash and peel and make smaller pieces.
Pour the sliced carrot in a juicer, add palm sugar and squeeze half of lemon juice.
Mix the mixture in juice for a second.
Drink it without storing.

Filter and drink either hot or cold.

6. Watermelon Juice

Watermelon JuiceTake about half portion of water melon, peel and make into pieces to make about 3 to 4 cups.

Pour the blended melon in a bowl; add 1/4 tsp of cumin seed powder, 1 tsp of sugar, 1/4 tsp of black salt, 3 tablespoon low fat milk.
Drink it chilled.

7. Hot Ginger Milk

Hot Ginger MilkGet 1 cup of Cow milk or Goat milk.
Get 1 cup of water, pour milk, water in a pan and keep it on medium flame for boiling.
Add small portion about 3-4 cardamom seeds to the boiling mixture and boil till it boils.
Once it starts boiling, reduce the flame and keep it on lower or slimmer flame for 5 minutes and take out.
Pour the prepared milk in a bowl, mix about 1/2 to 2 tsp of ghee and stir well.
Drink hot.
